I completely agree with what you wrote. That&#039;s why we have the 9-6 approach where you want to (possibly) come by 9 and leave by 6 (of course) 

When I&#039;ve worked with teams abroad i&#039;ve noticed that there is difference between our 9-6 and theirs. Especially in TW, where we pair and follow XP (mostly) 

In a nutshell with most indian programmers it&#039;s &quot;somehow get the job done&quot; to &quot;hey let&#039;s have some fun and solve this problem&quot; with outsiders
